Senior Finance Analyst – FP&A
This position reports into LATAM - FP&A and will be based at Colombia- Cali.

What You Will Do
The FP&A Sr Analyst will be responsible to provide Financial Analytics and Insights to support Consumer Health LATAM - North Finance & Commercial organization (Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Central America), as well as for Planning and Reporting activities. The analyst will have significant exposure with LAN Commercial Leadership and great connection with Regional Finance team members.
Key Responsibilities
Business partnering with diverse team members, working closely with local marketing and strategy, controllership and senior leadership Board.
Consolidating and reporting planning cycles and actual validating financial results of the LAN Consumer Health business and generating insights focused on business profitable growth.
Financial modeling, providing analytical support on P&L and FCF forecast and close monitoring, being able to understand actuals and foresee risks and opportunities.
Enhance forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvements in reports and analysis.
Prepare management review deck to support communication with business leaders and regional team
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Finance, Accounting or Business.
A minimum of three (5) years of finance/accounting or related business experience is required.
Strong ability to collaborate with business partners across organizational levels.
Demonstrate skills in framing data & story telling.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel experience required.
Experience with systems SAP, Onestream and Power BI is a plus.
Advanced level in English.
