Job Description:
We are looking for Production Machine Operators to work with the team to build automotive floor mats from carpet. Youll ensure the efficient running of production. A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.
Job Type:
Full-time. 40 hours per week. Normal working days or nights: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (10-hour shifts). We also have a weekend shift Friday, Saturday and Sunday (12 hours shifts)
Night Shift Premiums and Weekend Shift Premiums offered.

Qualifications: 1. Machine operator, 1 year (preferred) 2. US work authorization (Required) 3. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, push, pull, bend, twist as required. 4. English or Spanish language skills. 5. Responsibilities: 1. We offer a variety of positions - sewing, packing, grommeting, heel pad placement, emblem placement, placing labels on automotive floor mats, others areas to be defined. 2. Clean work areas and tools 3. Performs routine machine service, blowing out and oiling, on a prescribed basis. 4. Understand how to deal with basic machine issues such as changing heads, templates, labels, etc. on their machine, 5. Check material for damage. Can determine if a mat is good/bad quality. 6. Notify leads of equipment malfunctions 7. Set up equipment 8. Follow to all safety policies and procedures
