Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Product Owner to join one of Canada's largest fuel distributors and retailers as a full-time employee. This position is fully remote across Canada and involves travel to BC/AB/ON once a quarter. This resource will join the Digital Products team to help champion product enhancements and feature delivery as well as software integrations from conception to implementation in the eMobility ecosystem that consists of Electric Vehicle Chargers (DC Fast Charging), cloud infrastructure, and integrations with charger management systems. This includes prioritization of backlog, managing the entire product lifecycle from design and development to production deployment, and post-go-live activities to deliver an exceptional customer experience. They will champion product discovery and leverage data-driven insights while working closely with cross-functional teams including our EV Charging team to deliver valuable products to support the growth of our EV charging network. They will collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap that includes new features, and bug fixes related to EV charging experience. The Product Owner, EV will also be responsible for balancing priorities, defining user stories, soliciting input on requirements with key business SMEs, defining acceptance criteria and measures of success, and end acceptance of the feature/enhancement. This resource will have an extensive background as a product owner, in-depth knowledge of the EV industry and charger management system integrations, experience managing multi-vendor environments, and be a highly motivated team player/self-starter.

Skills and Requirements
8+ years of Product Management Experience
Experience implementing charger management systems (or similar experience in the EV industry)
Excellent communication and organization skills with both technical and business stakeholders
Experience managing and navigating multi-vendor environments
Proficient with Jira and Confluence
In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology. Experience with MLOps (Machine Learning Operations)
Experience/knowledge of the Retail domain
AWS certification
Bilingual, English and French null
