Job Description
Working on small commercial buildings and multi-family residential projects around Calgary. This role involves building 4-story wood frame and up to mid-rise buildings for apartments and office/retail spaces. Projects range from office buildings, banks, and schools to smaller condo buildings. There is no work on single-family homes and very rare high-rise work. The focus is on commercial jobs but primarily multi-family residential or mixed-use projects.
What You Bring
3rd year or higher plumbing apprenticeship (accredited hours and schooling required)
Ability to cut, measure, and fit cast iron, PVC, Pex, gas lines, and copper systems from day one
Hand tools (Tin Snips, Channel locks, Pex Cutters, Hammer, Nail Bar, Speed Level, impact drill, crescent wrench)

Work Environment
Projects are located around Calgary, with something likely close to home. Free parking is available at most sites, and parking costs are covered if free parking is not available. The company is currently turning down work due to having enough projects to stay busy for over 2 years.
