Job Description
We are seeking 3 plumbers to work on various projects around Calgary. You will be engaged in new construction commercial projects, starting with groundwork, storm piping systems, oil interceptors, and grease interceptors. You will progress to above slab installations, including cast, PVC, copper water lines, and hydronic heating and cooling systems (black iron piping). Responsibilities also include building mechanical rooms and installing equipment with both plumbing and hydronics systems. Work is typically completed with a lean team of 2-3 members per job, partnering with a supervisor for guidance. We pride ourselves on efficient work and staying ahead of schedules, providing tools and plans to achieve these goals. We emphasize career growth for Journeymen and apprentices by exposing them to diverse tasks and techniques.
What You Bring
1st year apprentice - Journeyperson plumber
Hand tools and belt, hack saw, level, tape measure, channel lock, crescent wrench
New construction experience
Ability to lift 50lbs

Work Environment
Working alongside 1-2 other employees initially with potential to increase. Hours are 7am - 3:30pm with free parking available. The schedule includes two 15-minute unpaid coffee breaks and a 30-minute paid lunch break. Projects are spread around Calgary, so having the ability to drive is essential.
