Aerotek Machine Operator in Calera, Alabama

We're hiring a Machine Operator to join our dynamic team!

As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining machines to ensure smooth operations. If you have a passion for troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance, this is the perfect job for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor machines during production

  • Conduct inspections to ensure product quality and precision

  • Pack finished products with attention to detail

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of machine operating experience (or similar equipment)

  • Strong attention to detail for inspections and packing

  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
