We have more than 500 team members across multiple offices, primarily in Calabasas CA, San Diego CA, Woodridge IL, Minneapolis, MN and Pleasanton, CA. We also have team members in two company-owned offices in China, as well as in Europe.

Job Overview

PlanetArt is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to support the company’s Data Analytics function. The successful candidate will define and analyze key events in the customer lifecycle to identify the opportunities most important for growth, product adoption, retention, and engagement. This role will uncover opportunities to optimize site content and customer experience to minimize pain points and increase conversion, partnering cross-functionally on A/B testing, ensuring proper measurement set-up and timely delivery of results to drive continuous improvement. This position requires experience with Digital analytics platforms, CRM and data visualization tools.

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be local to or willing to relocate to Calabasas as we operate on a hybrid work model consisting of three days in office per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) with the option of working remotely two days (Wednesday and Friday).

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead website and mobile app analytics and reporting across all brands

  • Provide CRM analytics and reporting

  • Own end-to-end conversion funnel reporting for the websites and mobile apps

  • Provide regular reports and data-driven recommendations to improve site/app customer experience, conversion and repeat purchase rates

  • Manipulate and interpret data sets to uncover actionable insights regarding campaign performance, audience engagement, and conversion funnel metrics

  • Proactively support marketing segmentation and personalization strategies

  • Lead data engineering efforts that manage taxonomy of the website and mobile app events to ensure both completeness and accuracy of digital reporting

  • Analyze channel performance and identifies opportunities for media scale and A/B tests

  • Be the in-house expert in marketing attribution and MMM

Requirements

What You Should Have

Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements

  • 3 + years of experience required in marketing and digital analytics

  • Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting

  • Skilled in campaign analysis and A/B testing design

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL

  • Experience in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics

  • Experience working with Visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI

  • Some experience with Python

  • Experience with multi-touch attribution and MMM is a plus

  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-departmentally

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

The compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 annual salary + bonus.
