Oracle SaaS Mid-Market Senior Sales Manager in CAIRO, Egypt

Job Description

SaaS Partner Sales Manager is a strategic and dynamic role responsible for driving SaaS sales growth through partnerships. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, relationship management, and a deep understanding of SaaS products and market trends. The successful candidate will lead a team of partner account managers, fostering strong relationships with key partners to expand market reach and achieve sales targets.

What you will do:

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key SaaS partners.

  • Work closely with partners to understand their business needs and align them with the company’s SaaS offerings.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment and track progress against goals.

Sales Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of partner account managers to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive partner-led SaaS sales growth.

  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.

Business Development:

  • Identify and recruit new partners to expand the SaaS partner ecosystem.

  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, including marketing and sales initiatives.

  • Support partners in building their go-to-market strategies and capabilities.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal sales teams to ensure cohesive sales efforts and leverage cross-selling opportunities.

  • Liaise with product management, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary tools and resources.

  • Coordinate with global and regional teams to align partner strategies and leverage best practices.

Performance Management:

  • Set clear performance expectations for the team and partners, regularly reviewing and analyzing performance metrics.

  • Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure achievement of sales targets.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on partner performance, pipeline development, and sales forecasts to senior management.

What you will bring:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales or partner management.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through partnerships.

  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
