Responsibilities :
Contribute to the Global IBS strategy : drive the implementation of IBS plans and objectives in the center
Oversee the project management team : ensure a performance and a delivery in line with the expected business objectives, quality standards, and on-time as per the defined schedule
Develop strong partnerships with sponsors : foster an open-communication with the sponsors for the team’s projects, understand their projects needs, establish trust and ensure goal alignment
Establish project management as a pivotal role : work with sponsors and wider teams to consistently ensure the relevance and business-criticality of the project management activities performed by the team
Leverage Continuous Improvement : have a continuous improvement mindset (incl. simplification, standardization, sharing, automation) to remove waste and enhance team performance
Project and Team pipeline is responsible to ensure a complete allocation of the team to projects in alignment with the business strategy and objectives
Develop the team : provide a structure for the onboarding and development of the team; create an ecosystem (and deliver first-hand) mentorship, coaching, and opportunities upskill the team to reach its full potential
Talent Management : contribute to the acquisition, development of talent including supporting the team with establishing career paths within and beyond IBS
Project Manager IBS PM Service Line(1) : in addition to the above responsibilities, the Project Manager & Team Lead also has all the responsibilities of the Project Manager IBS PM Service Line
Required skills:
Minimum 5 years experience in leading teams : incl. people/project pipeline, budget and talent management
Leadership skills : track record in successful leadership of people and teams
Managing cultural diversity: respect and ability to cooperate with various cultures in the most effective way
Operate in a Matrix Organization and leveraging influencing skills
Reliable, Adaptable, Digitally-agile, customer-centric, Innovative, result-focus
