Hyatt Associate Director of Sales in CABO SAN LUCAS, Mexico
Description:
Responsible for overseeing the daily sales efforts and operation of Groups and Events for Managers and Executives, training and implementation of established action plans to achieve pre-established goals in this segment, utilizing appropriate sales programs and procedures and carrying out multi-faceted projects.
Operational Responsibilities:
Will work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to identify and drive activities focused on elements of the business that require additional support
Will develop and review group proposals according to each customer's productivity potential, based on Envision system recommendation and DBRs to look at each special case if required.
Will strengthen the business relationship with customers through personalized attention to TOP account contacts.
Will conduct Public Relations activities with decision makers with the different business firms and potential customers in order to translate their relationships into sales.
Promote and represent the Hotel in fairs, exhibitions in the interior of the Republic and abroad, if necessary.
Will be responsible for conducting tours of the Hotel that are necessary for customers to know the facilities, services and promote sales.
Will make presentations of Hotel services during visits with clients.
Will be responsible for monitoring and making appointments with clients, prospecting calls and emails as appropriate in order to meet the group quota of visits assigned on a weekly basis.
Provide information regarding rooms, banquets, restaurants and services offered by the Hotel.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience in similar position
Advanced English
Bachelor's degree
Experience in luxury hotels
Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels of management.
