In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to support our End User Sales Director for Germany!

Your responsibilities:

  • Scheduling meetings and events; calendar maintenance, preparation and follow-up of meetings

  • Supporting in administrative tasks such as coordinating processes, invoice and expense report, organization etc.

  • Coordinate travel plans and bookings incl. Travel expense accounting

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents

  • Executing specific projects that drive team engagement

  • Producing high-quality deliverables and interactions that contribute to a positive experience internally and externally

  • Correspondence at national and international level internal and external

Education and professional experience required:

  • Commercial training or equal education/experience

  • Several years of professional experience, especially in administrative tasks

  • Proficiency in MS Office and with collaboration tools

Personal skills and qualities:

  • Business fluent in German and English

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Organizational and time management skills; ability to support multiple assignments with competing deadlines

  • Ability to represent the culture of the organization with high energy and a positive attitude, internally and externally

  • A high degree of flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Team player
