Hoffman's R&M Services CDL Driver in Butte, Montana
We currently have opportunities for Class A CDL Drivers to join our team. Preferred candidate(s) will be operating Dump Trucks, Tractors, End Dumps, Belly Dumps, and/or Side Dumps. Candidates will be required to properly secure and transport material and equipment. Wage dependent on experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform essential duties as listed below to include, but are not limited to.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Must be able to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle short and long distancesEffectively and Consistently conduct and document Pre-Trip, Mid-Trip, Post- Trip InspectionsMaintain appropriate paperwork and log booksObserve and report mechanical and safety failuresProperly secure cargo and materialsComplies with federal and state traffic lawsMust adhere to all safety policies and proceduresKnowledgeable of Montana Department of Transportation RegulationsMaintains vehicle appearance by cleaning and washingAt times, participate in labor assignmentsWorks well under the direction of Dispatch and Construction SupervisorsWorks safely within the guidelines set forth by OSHA and the companies’ safety policy.
