Zantech is looking for a talented Operations Manager (Deputy Program Manager) to join our team! In this upcoming role you will get to influence operations at the Muscatatuck Cyber Range Complex.
You will assist the Program Manager in overall management of the Program and be prepared to step in and perform the duties of the Program Manager if required. Plans, directs, supervises, and controls all business, technical, fiscal, administrative, and marketing and business development functions of the office. Plans and defines strategic and financial goals, determines the resources required to achieve them, and directs the effort to acquire and retain those resources. Participates in the development of marketing strategies and in the preparation and review of major proposals and lump sum bids. Monitors all financial information and reports.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments.
7+ years of experience in Program Management or SR level DoD experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with SR level DoD personnel.
2+ years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training.5+ years of experience in planning, scoping, developing, designing, and directing of major projects with broad technical requirements including IT, OT, and telecommunication/RF systems utilizing PMI principles.
IAT II certification - CCNA-Security or CySA+ or GICSP or GSEC or Security+ CE or CND or SSCP
Able to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead Cyber training programs effectively. The Contractor shall possess knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.
Required Security Clearance:
- US Citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility per contract requirements.
