JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking go-getter and detail-oriented Machine Operator candidates for our Butler, Wisconsin facility just minutes from Milwaukee. Our Machine Operator positions are entry level and we conduct one-on-one training to allow you to gain the skills necessary to become a successful Operator. POSITION SUMMARY: Operates machine to automatically fold envelopes on our 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts. 1st Shift (6:30AM - 2:30PM M-F) 2nd Shift (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM M-F) and 3rd Shift (10:30 PM - 6:30 AM Sun Night Fri Morn) WHAT DOES MY WORKDAY LOOK LIKE IN THIS ROLE? -Operates all Folding and Special Operations machines. -Examines work order to determine specifications and sample verification. -Inspects product quality according to quality guidelines. -Maintains accurate counts of envelopes to boxes, cartons, and skids. -Packs envelopes uniformly and neatly, keep up with the machine speed. -Places die cut paper stacks onto feed of machine. -Checks order throughout course of production to ensure accurate labeling, printing, and packaging of product. -Assists in removing paper jams and preventative maintenance when scheduled. -Completes appropriate paperwork to record labor, time and quantity. -Machine wash-ups and other cleaning duties. POSITION OTHER: Physical Demands - While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk and sit. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment - While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
