Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Operator, you will:
- Operate and monitor printing equipment, machinery, and quality inspection tools to ensure products meet specifications.
- Inspect printed materials for quality, including color accuracy and registration, making necessary adjustments.
- Manage materials efficiently to minimize waste and maintain an organized workspace.
- Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.
- Follow safety procedures, including the use of PPE and safe handling of chemicals and machinery.
- Assist in training new team members on production processes.
- Understand and meet customer requirements and specifications.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance as part of the Preventative Maintenance Program.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with coworkers, customers, and suppliers.

Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirement:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must have the ability to wear required PPE as determined by the company.
- Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
- Must have general computer skills (for entering and retrieving information from the company database).
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision in a team-oriented work environment.
- Must be detail-ori nted and possess good problem-solving skills.
- Must possess excellent time management and organization skills.
- Must have a basic understanding of units of measure (decimals, fractions, mils, etc.).
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, continuous-feed work environment.
- Manual dexterity, fine motor skills, standing, bending and lifting may be required.
- May require use of ladders and step stools to retrieve materials on storage shelves above ground level.
- Citizenship status must comply with restrictions of ITAR compliance.
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening requirement.
Physical working environment is a print manufacturing facility with exposure to printing inks and chemicals; proper PPE is provided. The facility is temperature controlled but temperature fluctuations occur. Most positions require manual dexterity, fine motor skills, standing, bending, and lifting.
