Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Children's Services Coordinator for the Butler location.

Position Summary:
The Coordinator, Children's Services is responsible for providing a quality-driven, developmentally-appropriate early education experience that supports all children regardless of their diverse abilities, and their families by coordinating activities of the Early Education Center staff. The Coordinator, Children's Services functions as the Director per DHS licensing in the absence of the Supervisor, Children's Services.
This full-time position works a schedule of Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm with weekends and holidays off!
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or the Human Services field OR Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education required.
• Certified to teach Nursery/Kindergarten or have credentials to obtain Private Academic School Certification in Nursery/Kindergarten preferred.
• One year of experience working with parents/families with young children preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Able to multi-task, work in a team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
