We are seeking a Credit Analyst to join our team in Burton, Ohio. The Credit Analyst will be instrumental in handling customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, and managing collection processes within our manufacturing sector. The hours are Monday-Friday, standard business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer credit

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues effectively

• Monitoring customer accounts and executing appropriate actions when necessary

• Managing collection processes to ensure timely payment of debts

• Conducting detailed credit analysis to assess customer creditworthiness

• Collaborating with the team to develop and implement credit policies and procedures

• Continually updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks

• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements • Proficiency in credit analysis and risk assessment

• Knowledge of financial statements and ratios used in credit analysis

• Proficiency in collection processes and their implementation

• Ability to analyze credit applications and make informed decisions

• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and team members

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

• Proficiency in using credit-related software and tools

• Strong understanding of credit-related laws and regulations

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong understanding of the financial industry and market trends.
