Overview
- Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $16 - $22 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on relevant experience
We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team! This position provides a clean, safe and pleasant environment for residents, staff and visitors. Cleans public areas of the building as assigned. This environmental services schedule includes;
80 hours every two weeks
Full time, day shifts
Weekends & holidays as needed

Ebenezer Ridges Care Center is a multi- award winning nursing and care community in Burnsville, MN. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital, and conveniently located at the I-35E and I-35W split. The Care Center offers short-term and long-term skilled nursing care and services for seniors needing daily assistance or ongoing nursing care. Our warm and welcoming community offers 56 private suites and 17 semi-private suites. Minneapolis /St. Paul Magazine named us a Top Senior Community in 2021. U.S. News and World Report named us a Best Nursing Home 2020-2022.
Responsibilities/Job Description
Cleans resident and common areas of community as assigned, including floor care
Assists with light maintenance tasks and cleaning emergency spills as needed
Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
Assists residents with laundry as requested
Ensures timely and efficient turnover of apartments
Performs job duties safely, using accurate body mechanics and protective equipment
Promotes a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors
Qualifications
Required:
Ability to work independently, show attention to detail, multi-task and maintain confidentiality
Able to understand and follow verbal and written communication including policies/procedures and safety sheets
Preferred:
- Work experience in cleaning or similar environment
