We are seeking a Department Support Coordinator Technician to join our New Product Introduction (NPI) team. This role is crucial in providing support and coordination for the department, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
What You Will Do:
Facilitate flow of new product through production flow and identify potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, and materials are available as needed.
Prepares reports on works in progress including Line of Balance sheets and provides good visibility by keeping them up to date.
Coordinates material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials are timed to meet production requirements.
Coordinates interdepartmental activity with quality, manufacturing, purchasing, design, inventory control, and other groups.
Support customer requests through direct communication ensuring standard work is followed and considering business impact on each decision.
Works closely with OPMs and NPI engineers in ensuring manufacturing readiness prior to products being released to production.
Collects, tracks, and escalates manufacturing improvement opportunities including design and producibility related ones, to both engineering and program management as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have:
2+ years of experience in a production, operations, or engineering environment in a support or administrative role.
Experience troubleshooting moderate technical problems.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or i n the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 83,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
