Primary Responsibilities:

  • Use of shop and hand tools, welding equipment and other equipment required to complete tasks.

  • Maintain attention to quality while meeting production schedules. .

  • Perform welding on difficult production and prototype instrumentation piece parts.

  • Establish and maintain documented welding procedures.

  • Maintain machine tools, welding equipment, and supplies.

  • Other assembly work as required.

Qualification:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to set priority of build.

  • Demonstrate independent judgment on processes.

  • Understand welding theory.

  • Ability to successfully certify on multiple welding processes, equipment, and materials.

  • Knowledge of welding specifications.

  • Minimum Experience: 3 years of related experience or a two year welding certificate from trade school.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
