What you'll Be Doing:

  • Provide a concierge approach to the guest purchasing experience – warm, inviting, engaged.

  • Lead daily, weekly, monthly training efforts for Guest Advisors

  • Present purchase options to guests.

  • Monitor and manage all Guest Advisor lead pipelines using Dealer Socket CRM tools.

  • Perform daily manager follow-up phone calls.

  • Drive traffic into the dealership by scheduling appointments with in-house Guest Advisors.

  • Promote new business and contribute to company's customer base and referral network.

  • Maintain focus on the customer experience and actively pursue high CXI results.

  • Develop expert knowledge of our products and accessories.

  • Full training will be provided.

What we need from you:

  • Previous automotive experience required.

  • Previous client support experience is required.

  • Demonstrated aptitude for building client relationships and creating business opportunities.

  • Passion for customer service. You enjoy talking with them, identifying their needs, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. English fluency is required, ability to speak 2nd language (Mandarin/Cantonese) is an asset.

  • Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic.

  • Coachable and open to continuous learning and development.

  • Effective negotiator and possess a great deal of professionalism.

  • Strong computer skills (including MS Office suite proficiency).

  • Valid VSA License preferred but not mandatory.

  • Valid BC Driver's License, with a clean driver's abstract
