ManpowerGroup Technical Support Representative - Hybrid in Burlington, Vermont

Our client in South Burlington, VT is seeking technical support representatives to join their team. As a technical support representative, you will assist with the service of outdoor power equipment such as generators, lawn mowers, power tools etc. This position requires 3 weeks of onsite paid training and then becomes hybrid once you are proficient.

Job Title: Technical Support Representative

Location: South Burlington VT

Pay Range: 17.00 an hour plus 25% of everything you sell

What’s the Job?

  • Explain machine warranties and apply it to each customers needs

  • Upsell products and warranties

  • Notify technical issues to management as needed

  • Enter a service track after each call

  • Actively listen and ask questions

What’s Needed?

  • Customer Service or mechanical experience or training

  • Basic computer skills and typing skills

  • Ability to learn all mechanical aspects of the job

  • Communicate clearly and evaluate problems as they arise

  • Be dependable
