ManpowerGroup Technical Support Representative - Hybrid in Burlington, Vermont
Our client in South Burlington, VT is seeking technical support representatives to join their team. As a technical support representative, you will assist with the service of outdoor power equipment such as generators, lawn mowers, power tools etc. This position requires 3 weeks of onsite paid training and then becomes hybrid once you are proficient.

Pay Range: 17.00 an hour plus 25% of everything you sell
What’s the Job?
Explain machine warranties and apply it to each customers needs
Upsell products and warranties
Notify technical issues to management as needed
Enter a service track after each call
Actively listen and ask questions
What’s Needed?
Customer Service or mechanical experience or training
Basic computer skills and typing skills
Ability to learn all mechanical aspects of the job
Communicate clearly and evaluate problems as they arise
Be dependable
