Labcorp Merchant Services Manager in Burlington, North Carolina

Labcorp is seeking a Merchant Services Project Manager to oversee and manage merchant services processing with all US card brands. Key responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of merchant services processing, developing and executing plans to support best in class card processing while working with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams within Labcorp.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and manage all Merchant Services processing products, programs, compliance narratives and audits

  • Manage merchant services rebate/incentive programs, review card brand incentives quarterly for new rebate and discount savings opportunities, and partner with AP and corporate card team on purchasing and corporate travel card programs to better utilize the programs and increase rebates

  • Review merchant services agreements and acceptance requirements annually and at each new acquisition to ensure compliance and adherence with Labcorp requirements, propose/execute necessary changes to become compliant if necessary, and coordinate Fusion vendor risk assessments (VRA), re-assessments and business risk acceptance for all merchant services related vendor relationships

  • Review Monthly merchant fee and analysis reports with Merchant Services Analyst to ensure that fees align with processor agreements/fee schedules and are properly allocated on the general ledger, and prepare/submit annual budget projections for merchant services and bank fees

  • Coordinate with internal partners to align roadmaps and stay regularly (quarterly or more frequently as needed) informed of the Labcorp roadmap pertaining to credit card reader changes, PCI and NACHA Compliance requirements, and other processor or internal changes

  • Collaborate with RCM project management team to guide the discovery method for new vendors, products, and services (i.e. new card readers, gateway vendors, etc.) to ensure both compliance and timely implementation

  • Coordinate with EPS to ensure that Location Administration (UI) updates and bug fixes are conducted regularly (semi-annually or more frequently as needed)

  • Work with internal partners to identify and address end of life (EOL) cycle for Express kiosk and behind the desk credit card readers used in PSC and IOP environments to ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements

  • Develop CEP(s) to support merchant services process changes as needed

  • Assist Merchant Services Analyst daily with merchant questions and concerns to resolve problems and find solutions for merchant issues and provide Backup coverage when needed

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • BS/BA in Business Administration/Project Management

  • 5-7+ years applicable work experience

  • Merchant Services experience

  • Remote (10-15% travel required)

Pay Range: $100-130k annual salary
