Keurig Dr Pepper Manager, Supply Chain Planning in Burlington, Massachusetts

As a Customer Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing supply chain efficiency and enhancing customer service levels. This role involves direct engagement with Keurig Dr Pepper’s Away from Home customers to strengthen overall supply chain relationships. You will manage the overall portfolio of supply chain initiatives across multiple accounts. This position supports and mentors a team of Order Management Specialists. Many of the projects and other objectives of this position are accomplished by leveraging this team and internal supply chain partners.

This position can be based in Burlington, MA or Frisco, TX and will have a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office/ 2 days work from home.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of order management specialists responsible for monitoring and executing customer orders as needed to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

  • Support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive supply chain efficiency.

  • Build relationships with customers’ cross-functional teams to understand their supply chain objectives, allowing for collaboration and solutions.

  • Define and implement customer-specific initiatives to lower the total cost to serve.

  • Define and execute projects to meet the customer’s supply chain objectives.

  • Consistently engage with Supply Chain and Sales leadership at Keurig to ensure alignment with both departments on those projects and initiatives.

  • Understand and deploy best practices in the Consumer Product Goods (CPG) industry regarding Customer Supply Chain engagement.

  • Work directly with the compliance team to reduce compliance fines related to Supply Chain issues, especially those that relate to building new capabilities or resolving complex issues between the two companies.

  • Collaborate on monthly Sales Outlook projections with the Sales and Revenue Growth Management by analyzing customer order forecast projections, open orders, and customer inventory levels to adjust customer-level forecasts.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand promotional activities, trade changes, and key account plans.

  • Collaborate with Demand Planning to identify short-term demand changes and future promotional plans.
