Required Skills:

Finance Manager, Product Finance & FP&A Responsibilities:

  1. Create strong business partnerships with RL Sales leadership.

  2. Provide financial leadership across planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.

  3. Lead and manage the Revenue Finance team and set the priorities for individuals and the team.

  4. Provide hands-on analytic support and develop actionable insights that will influence key decision makers to manage revenue growth and profitability.

  5. Assess market opportunities, analyze current business performance and build data models & infrastructure to extrapolate current and historical trends into forward-looking forecasts.

  6. Collaborate with business partners to create unit and Hardware/Software revenue forecast for RL business, understand business performance drivers and variance to plan.

  7. Conduct ad-hoc analyses as necessary to support and to enable sound investment decisions.

  8. Help business partners gain key insights into promotional and marketing spend with retailers through analyses and reporting.

  9. Drive process improvements by partnering with up-stream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Finance, Economics, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.

  2. Requires 5 years of experience in the following:

    1. Investment banking, business operations, or financial consulting, with a focus on financial analysis and planning
    1. P&L Management & direct partnership with senior business leadership
    1. Revenue forecasting using tools such as: Anaplan, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
    1. Data visualization software: Tableau, Power BI
    1. Programming languages: SQL, Python
    1. Data manipulation and analysis software: Microsoft Excel
    1. Oracle Essbase for data analysis and reporting
    1. SQL for database management and querying, and
    1. Hyperion for financial planning and analysis.

Public Compensation:

$262,000/year to $280,720/year + bonus + equity + benefits
