How You’ll Shine
Data extraction & manipulation
Preparation of data to be fed into the dialer and correspondence systems
Develop and prepare statistical analysis and reporting on a wide array of data across Consumer Finance, including:-
CF Operational Reporting
Performance KPI’s
Team Dashboard Reporting
Quality Monitoring Reporting
Examine & communicate trends from reports
Develop, establish & maintain standardised reporting across Consumer Finance
Develop and maintain mail merge templates
Identify & recommend solutions for data and process issues
Preparation of month-end reporting within required deadlines
