Futurex UI/UX Designer in Bulverde, Texas

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, and product managers, to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating innovative and intuitive interfaces.

Responsibilities:

User Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.

  • Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in the user experience.

Wireframing and Prototyping:

  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visually communicate design concepts.

  • Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing.

UI Design:

  • Develop high-quality, visually appealing UI designs that align with the overall product vision and brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate with graphic designers to implement visual design elements.

Usability Testing:

  • Conduct usability testing to gather valuable insights and feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance the user experience.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.

  • Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical team members.

Stay Updated:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UI/UX design and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., HCI, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and highlighting problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

  • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and deadlines.
