Materion Corporatiom Stamping Operator in Buffalo, New York
Summary: Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Stamper is responsible for the operation of various stamping machines.Responsibilities: Responsible for checking tooling and material to ensure they match the customer requirements.Locate and troubleshoot tooling used to process orders per customer requirements.Responsible for first piece inspection to ensure that the parts meet the customer specifications.Responsible for end run inspection of parts to ensure produced parts meet customer requirements.Responsible for the safe operation of all stamping machines and tools used in the stamping areas.Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to use all measuring equipment needed for first-piece and end-run inspections. Must be mechanically inclined to understand the fundamentals of stamping machine and die operations. General Manufacturing experience preferred.
Minimum Salary: 19 Maximum Salary: 26 Salary Unit: Hourly
