Description:
Seeking a service project manager to oversee 10 HVAC technicians. Reviews technicians’ work to ensure quality meets established standards, techniques and safety requirements; makes recommendations to improve quality and productivity. Working with clients to deliver a positive, energetic and accurate level of service. Set 1:1 meetings with technicians to ensure they are being evaluated properly. Monitors the department’s service vehicles to ensure they are in an acceptable condition to allow technicians to efficiently work out of the vehicle, and that an adequate inventory of parts and material are maintained.

2 years exp within HVAC but minimum managerial experience will still be considered but with a go getter personality
