Harmac Medical Products Production Operator in Training in Buffalo, New York
Job Summary In training to learn how to perform repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce disposable plastic medical products such as tubing sets, injection molded plastic parts, and radio frequency welded parts. Learn to operate and maintain stations to assemble, align and adjust parts, components, or units according to specifications and learn manufacturing processes and procedures.
Job Duties
Learn our Quality Management System and Standard Operating Produces. Assemble parts in specified relationship to each other using hand assemblies. Assist senior level Production Operators on machine operations which would include loading/unloading parts from the machine, pushing/pulling levers or buttons, trimming excess material, and traying or packaging product. Learn to perform assembly operations to meet job specifications. Learn how to use hand tools and other equipment on various operations. Learn different work stations to support rotation schedule. Learn quality requirements, how to visually inspect product to ensure compliance to quality standards and how to report any variances to designated personnel. Learn the standard rates per hour and begin to meet them. Must maintain a good work relationship with team members and employees. Learn how to maintain good housekeeping and (5S) [ Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain plus Safety] Demonstrates Harmac’s core values of honesty, integrity, and respect. Perform other related duties as assigned/required.
