CTG Product Owner - ServiceNow in Buffalo, New York

CTG is seeking to fill a Product Owner I - ServiceNow opening for our client in Buffalo, NY (Hybrid Remote).

Location: Buffalo, NY - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Duration: 12 months

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create a comprehensive Project Plan leveraging the NowCreate methodology, outlining timelines, resources, and milestones.

  • Design a ServiceNow solution for SecOps and utilize the NowCreate methodology to guide the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow SecOps solutions.

  • Lead Agile/Scrum meetings to support the implementation of ServiceNow SecOps Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with Splunk, Crowd strike, RSA Archer and Tenable.

  • Participate in change authorization boards (CAB) and provide analysis and recommendations based on the change affecting the security posture of the system.

  • Utilize the NowCreate methodology to guide the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow SecOps solutions.

  • Implement Sec Ops to production through the governance process by deploying Update Sets.

  • Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments on changes to the system architecture.

  • Ensure successful implementation and configuration of ServiceNow SecOps with CrowdStrike, Splunk, CrowdStrike, RSA Archer and Tenable with 100% passing of all tests.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:

  • No direct management responsibility. The role requires managing activities through influence, accountability, and ownership in an agile environment.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of business, analytical, technical, and/or product experience.

  • Alternatively, a combined minimum of 8 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 4 years in business, analytical, technical, or product roles.

Required Skills:

  • Experience working with user experience teams on product design.

  • Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices.

  • Proven ability to prioritize across competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
