As a Personal Lines Account Executive, you will not only play a pivotal role in efficiently managing various tasks related to insurance processes but also become part of a unique workplace culture. Responsibilities: * Diligently document all tasks in our Agency Management System (AMS360). * Assist in processing Billing Inquiries, Claims Inquiries, Endorsements, Binders, ID Cards, Certificates, DocuSign, and Uploading Applications. * Contribute to quoting and remarketing processes. * Handle customer changes and inquiries with insurance carriers promptly and effectively. * Collaborate with the manager to identify possible improvements in customer service and procedures.
Qualifications: * Possession of NY State Property & Casualty or Broker license; or Personal Lines Insurance license. * 1+ years of hands-on experience in an insurance agency with a strong focus on customer service. * Excellent work ethic, documentation, and communication skills. * Willingness to assist co-workers and customers.
