    How do you excel in this position

    The Finance Operations & Analysis Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations of assigned Business Unit, ensuring accurate and efficient recording of transactions, and required reporting.

    What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.

  • 5 years of Finance And Accounting leadership required.

  • Detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in every task.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel, required.

  • Sage Intaact experience or a related ERP system preferred.

  • Project Management experience a plus.

  • Proven experience implementing and monitoring internal control policies and procedures.

  • Ability to adapt to the work and environment of a company that is growing and acquiring, with varying cultures.

  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
