Overview
The Learning and Development Partner will be responsible for assessment, design, development and implementation of learning for associates as well as supporting the training needs for human resources, organizational development and change management initiatives. This person will lead our compliance training and ensure new associates are completing their requirements.
They will have a strong focus on e-learning but will also facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions. They may serve on corporate project teams to evaluate learning needs and coordinate the development and delivery of appropriate training. This person will serve as the administrator and champion for the Learning Management System (LMS).
The Learning and Development Partner will also lead the cross functional learning council to ensure synergy and efficiency of training across the organization and family of companies. They will support our DEI efforts and associate engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in business or adult education preferred. An additional four (4) years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Three (3) years of corporate training experience required; health insurance industry/knowledge of insurance products preferred.
High level knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications required.
Experience in creating and facilitating high impact, department specific and corporate-wide training initiatives from concept through implementation.
Strong digital course design skills. Familiarity with e-learning tools (Articulate) preferred.
Instructional design experience.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize/organize in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of change management principles and application preferred.
Ability to collaborate with many segments/levels of the associate population including IT, senior leaders, communications, middle-managers, and front-line associates.
Strong aptitude to learn and adopt new technology and create digital learning tools.

Essential Accountabilities
Organizational Technology Learning
Assess global technology learning needs across diverse segments of the associate population and deploy appropriate learning tools including both digital and live learning.
Build, organize, maintain, and deploy technology learning content via most appropriate applications (e.g., Workday, Microsoft 365).
Stay abreast of the latest technology changes that impact associates and develop appropriate tools to prepare for changes and enhancements.
Serve as primary Workday Learning administrator and Workday Training Coordinator. Actively engage with Workday Community and monitor enhancements and their application. Work with HRIS team on upgrades.
Design and deploy change management tactics and programs to drive digital adoption.
Consult with departments on their technology needs to drive efficiency, collaboration, communication, and connection.
Collaborate with IT, COE, and other technology departments on global system implementations to develop change management and learning plans.
Regulatory/Required Learning
Work with the Compliance department and other department leaders to develop, administer and track regulatory required training.
Update and maintain all regulatory training SOPs.
Consult and collaborate with other departments as needed to develop and administer required training for associates.
Continually look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of managing required learning.
Human Resources Collaboration and Support
Collaborate with onboarding team on updating new hire training materials and required training modules.
Work closely with other members of the human resources team to develop communication and learning around human resources practices, policies, and programs.
Work with HRIS to maintain departmental intranet page.
Strategic Initiatives/Corporate Training
Assist in the development and implementation of training to support corporate strategic priorities and other organizational-wide initiatives.
Participate on project teams and corporate associate engagement initiatives.
Work with the other Talent Engagement team members to design, deliver and implement learning across the entire family of companies.

Hiring Compensation Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually
Compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, location and experience.
In addition to base compensation, associates may be eligible for a scorecard incentive, full range of benefits and generous paid time off. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
