HVAC Tech skilled trade candidates. Are you looking for something new and exciting? Large manufacturing company in Buffalo, NY is currently looking for a travel HVAC Tech. 90% Travel Time Monday - Friday. Home every weekend. Must be technically proficient- Auto mechanics, HVAC, and Facility Technicians. Utilize basic hand tools, understand low voltage systems, and pneumatic systems. Physical work. Valid drivers license. Responsibilities
Heavy Travel 90% - Must be comfortable with Leaving on Monday Returning Friday. Weekends are almost always at home.
Must be technically proficient- Auto mechanics, HVAC, and Facility Technicians all have easily transferable skills. Needs to know how to utilize basic hand tools, understand low voltage systems, and pneumatic systems.
Physically capable of physical work
Previous Service experience (utilizing work orders) or face to face customer interaction a plus.
Proficient in MS Windows
Must be a self-starter and aggressive learner
Can responsibly handle timely, clearly written administration of service orders and expense reports.
HVAC, Diesel Background/Mechanical
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
Skills
HVAC (2 years of experience is preferred)
Installation (2 years of experience is preferred)
