The Finance Manager holds primary oversight of all department and project budgets, undertaking tasks such as preparing analyses of key financial indicators, monthly/quarterly reconciliation, and updating departmental spending forecasts. The Finance Manager will ensure effective grant management by meticulously overseeing grant-related accounting functions, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, and facilitating transparent communication with stakeholders regarding grant utilization. Required Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance, preferably in a nonprofit environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in financial modeling and analysis. * Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Education: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Preferred Qualifications: * Certified Public Accountant, CPA * Master of Business Administration, MBA
