Application Support Specialist, onsite, to $85k, Buffalo, direct hire
The Application Support Specialist will oversee all aspects of application software for law firm. Must have experience in technology legal support roles within a law firm and demonstrated knowledge of legal procedures, data management, and technology across legal practices. In-depth knowledge of case management software (ie OPUS2, MyCase, CaseMap, etc) from both a support role and user viewpoint.
Will be responsible for: * Technical Support and Training * Quality Control and Assurance * Vendor Management * Documentation and Reporting
