Veralto SR HRBP in Buenos Aires, Argentina
Strategic Planner : Leveraging data and VOC to identify the most pressing client group opportunities and challenges, develop client group talent and org plan aligned to the OpCo business strategy and Veralto HR priorities and programs, and be the change lead
Talent Developer: Lead the Veralto org and talent processes within the client group , deeply knowing the talent, advocating and championing moves, actively supporting the development of future leaders, attracting and nurturing external candidates and enabling performance
Consultant & Coach: Based on deep knowledge of the client group and the talent and org priorities, provide strategic counsel to the L1/L2 leaders on org and talent that challenge assumptions, educate on implications of decisions, help facilitate positive associate relations, ensure compliance, champion the Veralto/OpCo culture and drive Veralto talent priorities and business outcomes
Strategic Executor: Drive effective execution of client group talent and org priorities and gap closure through the application of VES tools, driving daily management and a continuous improvement mindset
