Chevron Corporation Media Analyst Marketing in Buenos Aires, Argentina

Promotes Chevron’s products and services to increase customer engagement and generate demand to drive retention and growth. Manages the process for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging value proposition of our offerings to the customers and partners. Analyzes customer insights and competitive intelligence to uncover market opportunities. Develops marketing strategies and plans, executes marketing campaigns and programs.

Supports medium sized clients/customers and makes significant contributions to more complex projects under periodic supervision. General knowledge of the work function and Chevron’s practices.

Chevron is accepting online applications for the position Media Analyst Marketing through January 5, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of media campaigns

  • Acquire data from (primary or secondary) data sources and build and maintain key visualizations and analytics artifacts

  • Works with Lead Media Specialist and Digital Media specialist to leverage data to optimize media campaigns/media spend with goal of improving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and other key media objectives

  • Identify new process or areas for improvement opportunities

  • Teams with Sector marketing and Media teams to optimize data driven decision making

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or other relevant fields

• 3+ years of marketing operations experience

• Strong skills with the ability to analyze, organize, collect and disseminate data with accuracy

• Knowledge of visual techniques for data analysis and presentation

• Technical knowledge in database design, data models, data mining and segmentation techniques (SQL capability preferred)

• Knowledge of current issues within the online media industry, such as attribution, data collection, targeting, and privacy

• Proven ability to work with key analytics programs that may include Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBi, SQL (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a global operations organization

• Experience in Storytelling through data analysis

• Comfort in learning new systems and tools

• Experience with Marketing Mix and other models
