We're looking for a talented Cost & Expense Analyst to join our plant in Buenos Aires. This role requires a dynamic individual who can analyze and forecast financial data to support strategic and operational decisions. What You'll Do For Us:

  • Analyze and forecast financial data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.

  • Interpret financial information on overhead and make recommendations to senior management.

  • Conduct complex financial analysis projects and prepare forecasts to analyze the company's operative expenses.

  • Participate actively in the team financial processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

  • Achieve the closing of all monthly operations, ensuring accurate financial results for the plant. This includes validation, revision, and analysis of registered operations, determination of provisions, registration of price variations, and closing of processes in systems.

  • Take responsibility for the development of others by sharing knowledge and delegating tasks.

  • Identify and record any activity that may improve procedures or relate to Argentina Concentrate Plant Processes.

  • Provide financial support to the Operations Manager and other areas.

What are the qualifications needed:

  • Bachelor in Accountability.

  • Strong accounting and standard cost knowledge.

  • Proficiency in forecasting and controlling.

  • Excellent planning and execution abilities.

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
