How will you make an impact?

Based at the new Shared Service Center in Budapest, the Customer Service team are responsible for supporting our clients throughout the lifecycle including the administrative, quotation and order fulfilment phases. Customer Service Reps provide exceptional customer service, promptly and accurately when responding to internal and external customer requests. 

What will you do?

  • Play a key role within the implementation of new assignments and projects, as part of a team or on an individual basis

  • Manage the process for escalated enquiries and complaints to resolution, without managerial support

  • Customer web support included account creation help and problem solving

  • Responding to customer enquiries by telephone

  • Deal with complex customer requirements, complaints, efficiently and professionally as per the service level agreement.

  • Maintain daily customer service reports

  • Manage all order related inquiries and inventory administration

  • Support in opening, combining, closure of Supply Centers

  • Develop and deliver training and materials to support departmental needs

  • Adhere to SOP’s, SLA’s and departmental training guideline

  • May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.

How will you get here?

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French

  • ​​​​​​​ Competent Microsoft Office user

  • Ability to communicate on the phone clearly and effectively

  • Must have the ability to identify and solve problems and to multitask under deadlines

  • Must possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, a positive attitude and perform as a team player

  • Display attention to detail and accuracy in the workplace

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and / or delegate effectively

  • Demonstrate judgment, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers

  • Work on own initiative, work well with others and lead by example

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ customer service experience required, preferably in a call centre/office environment

  • Experience with Oracle or SAP preferred but not essential

Education:

  • Requires a high school diploma or a Government Body award. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not essential, candidates with relevant experience and knowledge will also be considered.

Working Conditions:

  • This position requires repetitive typing, considerable interaction on the telephone and regular use of a computer.

  • Most of the other physical demands are typical with those associated with an office environment.
