Senior Financial Analyst,

Le Labo EMEA

for our Finance team in Budapest.

The role:

This role is an integral part of the Le Labo Brand Led EMEA region FP&A team providing financial support and extensive analytics to Le Labo EMEA Region Business Management. The candidate will provide support to Le Labo EMEA director and marketing teams in annual Budget & Strategy process, evaluating ROI of new expansions, as well as regular and ad hoc analytics throughout the year. Heavy spreadsheet and data retrieval analytics are required using various systems. This role reports to EMEA Region Le Labo Finance Director.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Support month end closing process. Review actual results for ALL EMEA markets.

  • Communicate with markets on process changes and corrections to be made in a timely manner to ensure data accuracy.

  • Prepare Daily sales reconciliations for EMEA region all markets and work with markets to make adjustment entries throughout the month.

  • Prepares and issues EMEA region monthly reporting commentary, actual results of operations and various other reports reflecting monthly results (Brand dashboard, IBP, Leadership team meetings, etc.).

  • Provide monthly financial analysis and reporting to EMEA business management team, Global Brand Management and communicate with ELC EMEA Regional FP&A.

  • Working with all EMEA affiliates in developing Le Labo EMEA P&L estimates for monthly financial estimate process. Upload completed monthly estimate into OneStream system (“OS”) by affiliate.

  • Participate in monthly meetings with regional teams in order to develop accurate estimates. Assistance with the Consolidation of estimates and reconciliation of the financial results with Global Brand Finance team.

  • Work with regional Supply Chain team on collateral analysis and allocation.

  • Provide support to markets’ inventory reconciliation and annual/semi-annual cycle count process.

  • Support regional finance director on system upload of estimates, plan & LRP at market level.

  • Collect retail sales information and prepare retail sales reports.

  • Prepare business cases for new expansion and raise AR.

  • Support in accounting corrections for Brand.com, Bank reconciliation.

  • Assist regional team in PO management and budget control.

  • Provide monthly reports for marketing team spend.

  • Ad hoc analysis needed for special projects and regional needs.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in a senior analyst / SME or position with the same or higher seniority.

  • Experience in multinational environment – preferably GBS industry.

  • Experience in a fast-moving consumer products industry.

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills required and strong Excel/database skills necessary.

  • Strong attention for details.

  • Ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus and strong communication and presentation skills necessary.

  • Ability to work individually – taking full responsibility for closing & reporting.

  • Well organized with strong interpersonal skills and excellent team player.

  • Working knowledge of SAP, ONESTREAM, BEX, Excel, power point.
