Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Implement Security Systems : Design, develop, and oversee the installation of security systems to protect company assets.

  • Monitor Security Measures: Continuously monitor and optimize the efficiency of security measures, ensuring strict adherence to system components.

  • Incident Response : Assist and coordinate responses to security incidents, determining root causes and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.

  • Risk Assessment : Perform detailed risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities within our systems.

  • Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other departments to successfully implement security protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Training : Offer training and mentorship to staff on standard methodologies for security and emerging threats.

  • Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of security measures, incidents, and corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience : At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully implementing security systems.

  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in security systems, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion detection systems, and database applications.

  • Analytical Skills : Exceptional analytical abilities to assess and mitigate security risks effectively.

  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex security concepts.

  • Certifications : Relevant certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CSSI are highly desirable.

  • Great Teammate : Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, encouraging inclusion and cooperation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related Security Management field. Equivalent experience will also be strongly considered.

  • Additional Experience : Experience with network infrastructure, IP based devices, and network protocols.

  • System Experience : Excellent knowledge of LenelS2 and Milestone XProtect systems preferred.

  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the latest industry trends and emerging threats in cybersecurity.
