Digital Insights & Analytics supports the sanofi Specialty Care business unit with Patient and Market specific key performance indicators across different therapeutic areas: Immunology, Rare Diseases, Rare Blood Disorders, Oncology, Neurology. In this role you would join our talented team in Budapest, while helping establish the new data technical deliver center in Budapest. It is a unique opportunity to join a new team within an established organization.
In this role as a Scrum Master , you will play a crucial role in leading the internal and external teams which support and enhance Patient Collect & Global Insights, specifically:
The Scrum Master is a servant leader and coach for one or several POD(s) (Agile Product Team)
(S)He/They helps educate the POD in Scrum and, where relevant, Agile at-scale practices, ensuring that the agreed Agile processes are being followed
(S)He/They also helps remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement
About you
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Life Sciences or Business Preferred
Scrum Master certification required
Experience
Minimum 7 year of Scrum Master / Project Management experience preferred
Servant Leadership mindset, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Intermediate knowledgeable of Jira and Confluence
Experience with reporting and analytics (PowerBI, Snowflake), preferred but not required
Soft skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and to figure out all that needs to happen to achieve a goal
Excellent business partnership skills
Proven decision-making skills
Strong ability to work in a complex, matrixed environment
Excellent Project Management skills
