Citigroup Program Management Office Analyst in Budapest, Hungary
The person fits within the Technology division of the Organization Program Management Organization. The analyst is responsible for supporting governance. The individual provides Book of Work oversight of Initiatives, Programs, and Projects. This position requires critical thinking skills, a highly collaborative mindset, and the ability to lead teams through ambiguity. The person is involved in coaching and training of other staff members.
Familiarity with project methodologies, analytical skills, and strong communication skills are prerequisite to success within this role.
Responsibilities include:
Oversight of Book of Work (BoW) data quality / hygiene
Conducts assessment of the strategic BoW to identify potential risks or promote management improvements
Compile agenda and meeting materials that monitor organizational program and project health
Advise PMO stakeholders on Program and Project Management policies and standards
Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations
Support Organizational change management of PMO governance
Other duties as required
Qualifications:
4-6 years’ experience in a related project management role
Analytical skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions
Certification(s) preferred
