JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this role is establishing the connection with Customer Strategy & Planning (CSP) & Customer Business Development (CBD) for resolution of cross-functional short term supply related issues & the local Home Care Business Unit (BU) business waste agenda. Align stock allocation policies with the business and operates AATP system of the Home Care BU. Analyze Business Waste Report and triggers action of disposal or offering to Customers & Traders by CBD.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Drive periodically & per demand Business Rules setting in AATP including Customer prioritization list in AATP by defining it together with CSP & CBD teams.
Accountable for service risk identification working together with Market Supply Planner.
Lead mitigation of service risk in collaboration with CSP/CBD. (Supply constraint resolution predominantly driven by Market Supply Planner & BU Planning Manager.)
Supervise reason coding of service losses & lack of stock availability.
Monitor & action waste prevention of Finished Goods.
Other Responsibilities:
Align stock allocation policies with CSP.
Implement business rule changes in AATP.
Provide feedback on risks and opportunities to Market Demand & Planning.
Coordination of (smaller) crisis: Product availability, Quality issues, microbiological issues, etc.
Identify, quantify and trigger short term Out of Stock (OOS)/stock risks and elevate for resolution.
Analyze Business Waste Report and trigger action of disposal or offering to Customers & Traders by CBD.
Monitor AATP related KPIs and define needed interventions.
Confirm Adria order and stock allocation between Hungary and Adria for the respective BU.
Key Activities:
Set stock allocation rules in AATP, SAP, and Excel.
Ensure compliance with stock management processes.
Review Out of Stock (OOS) reasons. Review & override (if necessary) back in stock date.
Coordinate communication on significant OOS risks.
Monitor business waste.
Prepare weekly service summary.
Participate in AATP community.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
University/College studies in Economics
Native Hungarian and Fluent English language knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), basic knowledge of Power BI
Dashboards & Reports, SAP, AATP, Kinaxis, LIvewire (RTVA) (based on the training provided by the company)
