About the Function

The Supply Financial Controlling and Analysis team is a truly global and diversified department. We are contributing through the end-to-end Supply Chain from the consumer to the supplier. We are playing a big part in making our brands as we source, distill, brew, pack, and ship.

About the Role

It is the role of the Europe COGS FP&A Lead Analyst to work closely with various finance and non-finance stakeholders to deliver breakthrough understanding and analysis on the Inventory of our European logistics operation.

Top Accountabilities

  • Support delivery of monthly management reporting processes (various reports, O&R, cash flow reporting and forecasting,) also prepare deck for the related Inventory/COGS review meetings

  • Support the preparation and submission of the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan

  • Ensure the completeness of profit center/market figures and continuously monitor the respective financial statements for any inconsistencies.

  • Create accurate forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the stakeholders

  • Support finance processes

  • Provide accurate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified and requested

  • Understand insight behind the reporting through market engagement and relationship, as well as market drivers

  • Build relationships with key markets to ensure accuracy in COGS reporting and act as support where required

About You

  • Degree in relevant finance / accounting/ business area

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Finance / Financial Planning & Analysis / Financial Controlling

  • Good accounting knowledge

  • Strong Excel knowledge

  • Fluent English knowledge
