About the Function
The Supply Financial Controlling and Analysis team is a truly global and diversified department. We are contributing through the end-to-end Supply Chain from the consumer to the supplier. We are playing a big part in making our brands as we source, distill, brew, pack, and ship.
About the Role
It is the role of the Europe COGS FP&A Lead Analyst to work closely with various finance and non-finance stakeholders to deliver breakthrough understanding and analysis on the Inventory of our European logistics operation.
Top Accountabilities
Support delivery of monthly management reporting processes (various reports, O&R, cash flow reporting and forecasting,) also prepare deck for the related Inventory/COGS review meetings
Support the preparation and submission of the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan
Ensure the completeness of profit center/market figures and continuously monitor the respective financial statements for any inconsistencies.
Create accurate forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the stakeholders
Support finance processes
Provide accurate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified and requested
Understand insight behind the reporting through market engagement and relationship, as well as market drivers
Build relationships with key markets to ensure accuracy in COGS reporting and act as support where required
About You
Degree in relevant finance / accounting/ business area
3-5 years’ experience in Finance / Financial Planning & Analysis / Financial Controlling
Good accounting knowledge
Strong Excel knowledge
Fluent English knowledge
