The Role

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and manage senior level meetings and events from start to finish, including scheduling, reserving necessary meeting space, ordering catering, planning dinners, developing/managing agenda, providing prep

  • Draft and edit communications on the executives' behalf

  • Utilize and navigate communication skills with internal/external contacts

  • Create comprehensive travel packages for client’s business travel with minimal instruction

  • Proactive in discussion and projection of meetings for executive, staff and external contacts

  • Assist with tracking the client’s organization action items and status of tasks and initiatives

  • Manage executive’s schedule making decisive, independent end solutions. Prioritization key to ensure usage of time is maximized and allocated to the highest priorities and impact areas

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Must have excellent & heightened skills: Heavy calendar Management, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Concur/Expense tool, Microsoft Teams knowledge, Events & Classes

  • Teamwork a must with peer interaction and dealing with executive and their teams

  • 1+ years of working experience
