The Digital Medical Product Owner is responsible for the design and implementation of digital products driving the Scientific Engagement activities and their impact monitoring.

In this role you will…
Understand the full Medical Digital & Tech ecosystem (eg. CRM, Data Foundations & Reporting, SFMC, Medical Education platforms, Web portals etc…), Medical processes (Scientific Engagement, Global Medical Information, Insights Generation), Customer Journey and End-to-end Data flows
Coordinate between Digital Data, Digital Medical, Digital GBUs, Digital Product, and Medical Business stakeholders to elicit Product Vision & Digital Roadmaps enabling Scientific Engagement and Medical Impact Analytics: Including Medical Omnichannel, Data and Analytics Digital Products
Support Digital Products business case creation and ensure the measure of generated value
Foster Standardization across the Business Units and Ensure the best possible user experience – internal voice of the user supported by UX/UI
Ensure the resolution of the potential issues across the data sources and Provide updates to leadership regarding product issues and decisions to be made
Ensure the delivery is in alignment in compliance with applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements as applicable
About you
5 years+ experience in relevant role
A minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering
Fluency in English
Work experience as a Digital Product Owner (certification required) & IT role
Able to work in a global environment and understand different models that may vary by region and business unit
Knowledge of Agile / Scrum practices
Prior Work experience in Omnichannel, Analytics & Data products is preferred
Pharmaceutical Industry or closely related experience is nice to have
