DESCRIPTION

This role is to be part of a global team in EPAM that supports our largest client engagements, with operation in multiple countries and dozens of locations. The role is to partner with the onsite Business Unit and account management team, and to ensure that all contractual, client and internal governance process are completely and correctly completed.

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers to prepare and go through EPAM’s deal approval process prior to providing commitment to customers

  • Support Account Managers with the contract management cycle as well as help to track contract signature status, expiration dates and budgets

  • Proactive coordination and enabling resource changes, managing pipeline and demand tracking, resource analytics (velocity, seniority, attrition analysis etc.)

  • Always be informed on current status and activities within the accounts. Ensure necessary updates regarding upcoming changes within the accounts (project, team, etc.) are properly reflected

  • Ensure all EPAM internal tools are up-to-date and reflect relevant status of the Account activities

  • Proactively analyze account profitability, prepare the P&L models for the deals within the account

  • Support the Business Unit and Account Managers in business workflow and reporting

  • Ensure that all compliance aspects are fully followed and tracked (this includes various data monitoring and reporting, SLA/KPIs etc.)

  • Support various project / program initiatives (e.g. with data preparation for decision making)

Requirements

  • Self-starter, analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong organizational and multi-taskings skills. Should be very good at planning and coordinating activities

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Very confident spoken and written English (C1)

  • Advanced user level of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook

  • Experience with PowerBI – nice to have
